Lentils (Dhal) Curry ( Sri Lankan Parippu Recipe )

Fry
Curry leaves
Garlic
Onions
Green Chilies
Dill
Tomatoes
When Onions are golden brown add
Salt
Chili powder
Turmeric
Garam masala

mix and fry until all pieces are well coated.
4 small cups of water
30 minutes of cooking in High heat !
